Registration Information 2021-2022
If your child is new to Edmonton Public Schools, you can register for school online. Visit the Division website to learn how to register for school.
You will need to pre-enrol on SchoolZone to tell us the school you’d like your child to attend next year. Find important dates and deadlines and learn more about pre-enrolment, which opens between March and April each year.
If you have questions about registering for school, contact the school office.
Get ready for the 2021-22 school year! Sign in to your parent SchoolZone account between March 8 and April 15 to select your child’s preferred school for next year.
Whether your child is staying at the same school or changing schools, all students need to pre-enrol. Knowing how many students to expect helps schools prepare to welcome them in September.
If you need help, contact the school or read the pre-enrolment handout.
Update your child’s current address with the school office before pre-enrolling in SchoolZone.
New to the Division?
Instead of using SchoolZone, students who are new to Edmonton Public Schools need to submit a completed Student Registration form. Find the form and list of supporting documents you need to provide.
Welcome to the 2020 - 2021 school year at Spruce Avenue School.
When fall comes, I find that I am always excited for the possibilities and opportunities that each new year provides. This year, I feel very fortunate to have joined the team at Spruce Avenue as the principal. In speaking to staff, it is clear that we share the belief that our success is achieved through collaboration and partnership. We aim to provide our students with a strong support system and a school that offers rich and diverse learning opportunities that will support them today and beyond school.
We are committed to the success of each student. We recognize that, as all students are unique, so are the supports they require to learn. The Spruce Avenue staff continues to work together to support students in their academic and social development.
We also believe that student success is a shared responsibility between the student, staff, parents/guardians, and the greater community. We welcome family input and involvement and are grateful for the partnerships that make Spruce Avenue a better place.
On behalf of the staff, I welcome you to Spruce Avenue School for a year of learning and growing together. I am truly honoured to be the principal in a school where our shared belief that all students have the potential to learn is lived. Please do not hesitate to call me at the school (780) 479-0155 or email me at email@example.com
Working with you,
